  1. Hi Fatima, My name is Abby and I go to Yaldhurst Model School.
    I think it would be really hard for her to become a writer because sign language doesn't have small words so then their writing is harder to understand. I know this because my sister is deaf and she asks me how to write properly all the time and I know NZSL.

    Kind regards, Abby.

  2. BUla Fatima, my name is Jedi and I love the idea of making a slide about Helen. But maybe you could make this slide a little better by adding a couple more pictures. What did you make this slide for? and why did you do it based on Helen. Good job!

    Jedi =D

  3. Kia Ora Fatima,

    My name is Megan, and I will be one of the people blogging with you this summer for the Summer Learning Journey.

    Wow, Helen Keller sounds like an extremely influential person. I am amazed that she graduated from University with a challenge of being deaf and blind. This reminds me of how blessed I am which motivates me to graduate from University.

    We are thrilled that you've registered for the Summer Learning Journey with us. I know it can sometimes be tricky to get started. I have included a link to the week one activities, but remember, you can do them in any order! Check out the activities on our website, and then post your responses to the activities here on your blog site.

    I am so excited to read all of your posts!

    Have a lovely day,
    Megan :)
