It's Leslie here, reading your blog from my home in Canada as a member of the Summer Learning Journey. I'm so glad that you've decided to be a part of this program this summer. Good for you!!
I agree with your answer to the question as to how long it would take to get rid of 7 types of mould, if it takes 5 days to eliminate each one. Well done!
Do you like maths? I find it fun to do maths problems - like a puzzle!
I hope you haven't had to deal with moulds in your classroom!! That would be rather icky, wouldn't it? Mould can make us quite ill, actually. Because we live in a cold climate we don't usually deal with mould - our air is very dry in the winter.
Speaking of winter, it's -20 C outside here in Canada today. Can you imagine that? It's the kind of day on which I have to put on every bit of clothing I own whenever I take my dog, Spirit, out for a walk. Getting dressed takes energy!! That might be hard for you to imagine while you enjoy a summer day in Auckland!!
I hope you're enjoying these activities and that you'll keep up your good efforts!
